Position Information: Are you a creative, people-focused professional who knows how to make an opening stand out? Champlain Valley Educational Services is seeking a Regional Recruitment Specialist to help our component school districts find and attract the talented educators and staff their students depend on, while supporting CVES Human Resources. In this role, you'll craft compelling job postings and advertisements, build a strong digital and social media presence, and work side by side with district leaders across the region. This is a full-time, 12-month position (240 workdays per year, 35-hour workweek) with the benefits of the Confidential Employees Salary and Benefit Package, serving within the Personnel Recruitment CoSer. We're looking for someone with web development skills, social media savvy, and experience in recruitment or human resources.
Paid Time off: 20 paid holidays, snow days off, 15 vacation days, 18 sick days, 5 personal leave days, 3 family illness days and 3 bereavement days per occurrence
